Summary: Just spent a wonderful week on beautiful North Captiva with our family. The house had everything we needed and the property managers were great.

Summary: I booked this house because of the location and fantastic price. It was adorable and exactly as expected. I couldn't get the dryer door to open but I think that may have been operator error. The property managers, Duncan and Laurie with Tortuga, went above and beyond to make my stay not just ok, but exceptional. I would have missed the ferry due to my plane delay had Duncan not reached out to give me additional options. He even called the ferry captain to make sure he new I was coming for the last boat. They both made my trip extra special and I can't thank them enough.

Summary: Love the island been there several times. House was clean check in was a breeze. Communication should be improved as we did not have a golf cart for the last day to get to the ferry and was stuck at the cottage. Luckily some local neighbors stepped up to get us to the ferry in the rain.
